Welcome to SEN Day — a dedicated, supportive play experience designed for children who benefit from extra support, with families and carers welcome too. Charlie’s Crazy Bouncy Castles is back with an inclusive day crafted to feel calm, safe, and fun for kids who may need a little more help and reassurance.

What is SEN Day?

A full-day experience with multiple time slots available throughout the day.

Each session is limited to 25 participants (including accompanying adults), keeping groups small and manageable for a comfortable environment.

Purpose-built for children who benefit from extra support, with a focus on inclusive fun and accessibility.

Why SEN Day is special?

Calmer environment: reduced lighting helps many children feel more at ease during play.

Clear flow and safety: one-way entry and exit system to minimise congestion and confusion.

Trained, empathetic staff: all team members are fully trained in SEN support and safety practices.

Communication aids: colour cards and a simple “hand card” system to quickly understand and respond to each child’s needs.

Consistent routines: session formats are designed to provide predictability and a sense of security.

Inclusive approach: every session is welcoming and accommodating for children with varying needs and abilities.

How SEN Day works?

One full day, with several time slots to choose from, so you can plan around your family’s schedule.

Small group sizes: each session capped at 25 participants (including adults) to maintain a calm atmosphere.

Arrival and check-in: smooth, organized process to help reduce waiting and anxiety.

Support in the moment: staff use color cards and hand cards to offer the right level of support for each child.

Play and safety: a mix of bouncy fun with structured safety measures, ensuring kids can explore with confidence.

What to expect at each session?

A friendly, predictable routine to help children feel secure from the moment they arrive.

Supervised play across our bouncy castles and soft play areas with staff on hand.

Accessibility-minded setup: clear pathways, visible signage, and quiet corners for breaks if needed.

Positive, respectful environment for families: adult presence encouraged as needed, with your child’s comfort as the priority.

Who is SEN Day for?

Children who may be sensitive to lighting, noise, or crowding.

Siblings and parents are welcome to join in and participate as appropriate within the session guidelines.
