been paid. By making a booking you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have authority to
make the booking and accept these Terms and Conditions.

3. Bookings and Availability

Availability shown on our website does not guarantee specific delivery or collection times. Outdoor
hires are normally delivered between 06:30 and 11:00 and collected from 17:00 onwards unless
otherwise agreed. The Hirer is responsible for obtaining any permissions required for the hire
including venue consent or landowner permission.

4. Delivery, Parking and Access

The Hirer must provide safe and legal access for delivery, setup and collection. Any parking
restrictions such as red routes, permit areas or restricted loading must be disclosed at least 72
hours before delivery. Any fines or enforcement penalties resulting from undisclosed restrictions
may be recovered from the Hirer. Most inflatables require a minimum 1 metre access width.
5. Space Requirements

The Hirer must ensure sufficient space for the equipment including at least 1 metre clearance on
each side and 1.5 metres at the front. If there is insufficient space on arrival the Company may
refuse setup and no refund will be issued.

6. Ground and Surface Conditions

The Hirer must provide a flat and suitable setup surface. Suitable surfaces include grass, indoor hall
flooring or artificial sports surfaces. Unsuitable surfaces include mud, gravel, decking or sloped
ground. If the setup area is unsafe the Company may refuse installation and the booking will remain
chargeable.

7. Delivery Refusal and Unsafe Conditions

The Company may refuse delivery or stop use of equipment if conditions are unsafe or unsuitable
including unsafe ground, restricted access, lack of safe power supply, hazardous surroundings or
aggressive behaviour. If delivery is refused for these reasons the booking will be treated as a late
cancellation and no refund will be issued.

8. Power Supply

Each inflatable requires a dedicated power supply which must be RCD protected. Unsafe or
overloaded power sources will not be used and failure to provide safe power may result in
cancellation without refund.

9. Responsibility During Hire
Once equipment has been installed and our staff leave the site responsibility transfers to the Hirer
until collection. Equipment must not be moved or interfered with after installation.

10. Supervision and Safe Use

Inflatables must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Users must remove shoes and
follow safety instructions. Food, drink, face paint, sharp objects and animals are not permitted on
inflatables.

11. Behaviour Policy

Equipment is primarily designed for children unless stated otherwise. Adults must not use children's
inflatables and intoxicated persons must not use equipment. The Company may terminate hire if
behaviour presents a safety risk.

12. Weather Conditions
Inflatables cannot operate in winds exceeding 24mph. If weather conditions prevent safe use after
delivery is attempted the booking remains chargeable.

13. Payments

A booking fee is required to secure all bookings and is non-refundable. Full payment must be made
before or on delivery unless otherwise agreed. The Company may securely store payment details
and charge for legitimate costs including damages, cleaning or unpaid balances.

14. Damage, Loss and Cleaning

The Hirer is responsible for any damage or loss while equipment is on hire. Charges may include
repair costs, replacement value, cleaning fees and loss of earnings while equipment is unavailable.
15. Evidence and Incident Records

The Company may rely on photographs, videos, staff reports, delivery logs and communication
records as evidence in disputes.

16. Staff Safety

Aggressive or abusive behaviour towards staff will not be tolerated. If staff feel unsafe they may
leave the site and the booking will remain fully chargeable.

17. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If a payment dispute or chargeback is raised the Company may provide evidence including
contracts, delivery records and communication logs. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in recovery
action.

18. Cancellations

Cancellations more than 48 hours before the event will forfeit the booking fee. Cancellations within
24 hours or on the day require full payment.
19. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for delays or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control
including extreme weather, vehicle breakdown or government restrictions.
20. Liability and Insurance

The Company holds £5 million Public Liability Insurance. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for
death or personal injury caused by negligence.
21. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of
England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
